The principle aim of the Mental Health Foundation (ACT) Skills for Life Program is to equip consumers with skills, tools and information to better manage their mental health and in turn their lives. Through courses and workshops we aim to empower consumers by increasing their self efficacy and sense of control over their illness. We also aim to help develop and internalise goals for them to take away and work on.
