Services | Mental Health Foundation ACT

To access MHF services, participants must meet the following criteria:

Have a primary diagnosis of mental ill-health,
Be able to self-manage all treatment and medication regimes,
18 years or older,
Not be violent, a threat to others, presently suicidal, self harming or acutely psychiatrically disturbed.
Have an approved National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Plan, or have enough funding to self-fund services,
Be willing to abide by an Individual Service Agreement and sign a Consent For Release of Information Form.

Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching

Through lived or learnt experience we will assist you to access support, utilise your NDIS plan and support you to live a meaningful life, relevant to your goals. We currently have capacity to take on new participants. Please contact us for more information.
