We are not actively recruiting for Lifestyle Support Workers, but would love to hear from you if you have a passion to help people and an interest in working in the mental health sector.

Lifestyle Support Worker

Essential criteria:

  • You must be over 18
  • You must be able to demonstrate an eagerness to work in the mental health sector
  • You must be able to work daytime shifts, evening shifts and overnight inactive shifts

Desirable criteria:

  • Experience working with the National Disability Insurance Scheme Framework
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

MHF Lifestyle Support Worker Career Pathway

MHF offers a career pathway opportunity with additional training and experiences to help you build your skills in this area.  The pathway is not compulsory but will enable you to progress rapidly through the pay grades in the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
